Staff Selection Commission(SSC) has invited application for combined All India Open examination for recruitment for the post of Data entry Operator & Lower division clerk, also referred as Combined Higher Secondary level(SSC CHSL) (10+2) exam 2014. Eligible & interested candidates can apply before 19th August 2014.
Eligibility criteria for SSC CHSL:
Candidate should have passed 12th standard or equivalent higher examination from a recognized Board or University. Candidates who have not acquired so till 1st August 2014 are not eligible to apply.
Age limit for SSC CHSL:
Candidate whose age is between 18-27 years as on 1/8/2014 are eligible to apply for.

Application fee details for SSC CHSL:
-Rs. 100/- will be payable as application fees.
-Candidates submitting paper application should pay the fees by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps”(CRFS) only.
-Candidates submitting application online should pay requisite fee only through State Bank of India in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking. women candidates & candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically handicapped are exempted from paying fees.
Candidates qualified for written examination are eligible to appear for skill test/type test.
Subjects for SSC CHSL:
- General Intelligence
- English Language
- Quantitative aptitude
- General Awareness
Each subject carrying equal marks adding up to 200 marks.
Timings for exam: 10.00 a.m-12.00 p.m
[Note : Timings for visually handicapped candidates : 10.00 a.m – 12.40 p.m]
