Paper Pattern for JEE Advanced 2015 Examinations:

-The JEE Advanced 2015 Examinations will comprise of 2 Question papers and both these question papers will be provided and offered to students in English and Hindi Languages.
-Every question paper will comprise of 3 individual sections from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Section 1 will cover Physics, Section 2 will cover Chemistry and Section 3 will cover Mathematics.
-All the questions that will be asked in the JEE Advance 2015 examinations will be in the form of Multiple Choice Answers. All students and candidates have to select and choose the right alternative out of the 4 alternatives given in the question paper.
-There is a possibility that some sections in the JEE Advanced 2015 Examination question papers may have Negative Marking. Thus all the candidates and the students are advised to read the instructions given as well as the questions very carefully.

Paper 1:

Will comprise of 3 sections and each section will comprise of 1 subject either physics, chemistry and mathematics. Section 1 will consists of Physics, Section 2 will consists of Chemistry and section 3 will consists of Mathematics

Section 1: from the topic of Physics, all the questions will be  in the format of Multiple Choice Questions (also called MCQs). The Candidate and students have to select one alternative out of four alternatives that are given. This section will contain 10 MCQs from Physics.

Section 2: from the topic of Chemistry, all the questions will be  in the format of Multiple Choice Questions (also called MCQs). The Candidate and students have to select one alternative out of four alternatives that are given. This section will contain 5 MCQs from Physics.

Section 3: from the topic of Mathematics, all the questions will be in the format of Multiple Choice Questions (also called MCQs). The Candidate and students have to select one alternative out of four alternatives that are given. This section will contain 5 MCQs from Physics.

Paper 2:

Will comprise of 3 sections and each section will comprise of 1 subject either physics, chemistry and mathematics. Section 1 will consists of Physics, Section 2 will consists of Chemistry and section 3 will consists of Mathematics

Section 1: from the topic of Physics, all the questions will be  in the format of Multiple Choice Questions (also called MCQs). The Candidate and students have to select one alternative out of four alternatives that are given. This section will contain 8 MCQs from Physics.

Section 2: from the topic of Chemistry, and will consists of 4 paragraphs, which describes both theory and practical questions . there will be 2 questions per para and both the questions will be multiple choice questions (MCQs)

Section 3 : from the topic of Mathematics, here in this section, questions will be in the matching list format where 2 lists are to be matches and options such as A,B,C & D will be given and all the candidates have to choose the right option.
