National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Assam was introduced in India in 2005, by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Government of India. It is an initiative undertaken by the government of India to address the health needs of underserved rural areas.
NRHM has main view to fulfill the effect associated with health that is visualizing in the Development Goals and other national level health related policies. NHRM is combination of major national level health projects and programs namely the Reproductive and Child Health II project, (RCH II), Universal Immunization Program (UIP), the National Disease Control Programs (NDCP) and AYUSH systems of Health (Ayurvedic, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy). All those have main vision to reduce Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR), Total Fertility Rate (TFR) and disease burden due to communicable and non-communicable diseases.
NRHM Assam declared Interview List for District Program Officer & Coordinator:
National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Assam had commenced the Recruitment of District Program Officer & District Program Coordinator at NCD, Assam. NHRM has now released the final list of conditionally selected candidates for interview phase. All the successful candidates who have cleared the exam are required to face an interview on 9th October 2014 at Office of the Mission Director, NHM, Assam Saikia Commercial Complex, Ghy-5.
Selected candidates need to be present with their photographs, permanent address proof as well original copy of Pan Card. Candidates are also required to bring their original certificates or documents and the latest caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates.
Of the candidate does not report on 9th October 2014 at his/her for personal interview it shall be thus considered that he/she is not concerned in taking up the offer of appointment for the post of District Program Officer & District Program Coordinator and it will then be automatically cancelled.
