Admission for EPGP from IIMB


Established in 1973, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has great infrastructure and brilliant teaching and research facilities. IIMB is a renowned institute for post graduation in management studies in both India and abroad.

Executive Post Graduation Program in Management (EPGP) is one year full time course specially created for professionals with good track record and 5 to 15 years of work experience. EPGP course works on the extensive and diverse work experience of the students.

Eligibility: The applicant should have completes graduation with minimum of 50% in aggregate with 5to 15 years of experience after the graduation. The applicant should have passed GMAT examination. And two reference letters one from an individual who can evaluate job performance and one from the current employer with Statement of purpose (SOP) are to be submitted.

Note: GMAT code for IIM Bangalore is Q9H- KK-84

Admission Process: After the submission of application along with the Statement of Purpose, the IIMB committee will go through it and shortlist the applicant for the interview. For EPGP multi factor admission model is followed.

How to apply: Applicants have to apply online at the IIBM website (www.iimb.ernet.in/postgraduate/epgp) by uploading the required documents such as:

  • GMAT score card (of Sept., 2009)
  • Two Reference letters
  • SOP Statement of Purpose
  • Application fees of Rs. 3000/- (which is to be paid)

Important Dates:

Last date of submitting Application: June 10- August 29, 2014
Interview Dates:

  • For, Bangalore and Mumbai – 20th & 21st Sept, 2014
  • For New Delhi and Kolkata September – 27th & 28th Sept, 2014

Announcement of results: 1st week of November, 2014
Registration to the programme: April 2015
