GATE 2015 Cut Off Instrumental Engineering:

The GATE “General Aptitude Test in Engineering” Engineering Entrance Examinations are conducted every year on a nationwide basis. This is an entrance examination which is conducted every year for the purpose of admitting Candidates and Students who are interested in pursuing the Engineering Post Graduate Programs and Course in India.

The GATE Entrance Examinations are usually conducted for the purpose of admissions to Public Universities, Colleges & Institutes which are offering Engineering Post Graduate Programs and Degrees. Thus only those Students who have qualified in the exams and whose names are mentioned in the cut off list are eligible to gain admissions.

GATE 2015 Cut Off:

The GATE Cut Off list is the list is an actually benchmark criterion for the purpose of admittance to these post graduate programs. The GATE 2015 Cut Off list is decided by the Committee Members of the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and this Cut Off list is declared individually for every subject.

Only those Candidates who have appeared for the current year 2015 GATE Entrance Examinations, and who have secured over and above the marks which are mentioned in the GATE 2015 Cut off will be admitted to Public Universities. The GATE 2015 Cut Off Instrumental Engineering list will be declared only once the GATE 2015 Results, which is on the 12th March 2015.

The GATE 2015 Cut off list will be decided on a various number of factors namely that of the no of Candidates & Students which have appeared; the no of Candidates & Students who have cleared and qualified the examinations; the number of Universities, Colleges & Institutes which have participated in the GATE 2015 Examinations Etc.

Total No of Candidates who appeared for the GATE 2014 Instrumentation Engineering:

  • Last year a total of 22, 367 students appeared for the GATE 2014 Instrumentation Engineering Paper.

Qualifying Marks for the GATE 2014 Instrumentation Engineering Paper:

  • For the General Category Students: 25
  • For the SC/ST/ PD Category Students: 16.67
  • For the OBC Category Students: 22.5
