The Manipur Public Service Commission is working since 1972 with its headquarters at Imphal. The Manipur Public Service Commission was established with the aim of recruiting candidates to various Civil Services in Manipur state. The Manipur Public Service Commission is govern by the Governor of Manipur.
The Manipur Public Service Commission is a certified agency to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry level appointments to various civil services of Manipur. The Manipur Public Service Commission has been launched under Article 315 of the Constitution of India.
The Manipur Public Service Commission announced the result for Inspector of Taxation written Examination, 2014. Written examination was held on 16th November, 2014.

MPSC declared the list of roll numbers of candidates who have been found qualified for Interview/ Personality Test for selection of Inspector of Taxes under Finance Department, Government of Manipur.
All those candidates who are declared to be qualified for interview are advised to bring all documents in support of their educational qualification, date of birth, caste certificate, experience etc in original along with their photocopies. Candidates are also advised to collect Attestation Form and Interview Call Letter from Commission’s Office from 26.11.2014 during office hours.
The Interview/Personality Test will be held on 4th December, 2014 at the Commission’s Office.
