The Common Admission Test (CAT),is an entrance exam conducted all over India by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM’s). CAT is an entrance exam being conducted & considered as one of the criteria for pursuing admission to Post-Graduate & other Fellow Programs in Management courses/ areas.
The CAT scores are acknowledged by various institutes as one of its parameters for the purpose of selection process of admission of eligible students in Post-Graduation in Management. The % score of CAT may differ for each institute. Therefore candidates are requested to go through the assigned weightage of CAT before applying for admission in Post-Graduation in any College.
Here by we come with some great news for all the CAT aspirants who missed their chance for registration for the CAT 2014. CAT 2014 Registrations re-opens for a day on 10th Oct 2014. First time ever in the history of IIM’s it so happened that, IIM’s have allowed one more day i.e. on 10th October 2014 in order to complete the CAT 2014 registration process.
This opportunity has been provided to all those candidates who missed on the chance to register for CAT 2014 between August 6 to September 2014. Candidates have been allowed one more day on 10th October 2014 to complete the registration process. The window shall remain open from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours. Candidates can check notification on the official website of CAT 2014 https://iimcat.ac.in/
Thus all those CAT aspirants who couldn’t complete their registration process till 30th September 2014 due to some or the other reason, have one more chance to register themselves for CAT 2014. The exam schedule shall remain unchanged i.e. on Nov 16 & Nov 22, 2014.
Owing to the technical problems such as failure in internet connection, net banking transactions etc.. faced on the last day for registration process i.e. on 30th September 2014, the registration process has now reopened on 10th October 2014.
It is high time that candidates make the most of this second chance & without losing any more opportunity, get yourselves registered for CAT 2014.
