The Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2014 is not far away. The Exam shall be held by Indian Air Force (IAF) on 31st August, 2014. The Admit Card for the same is already issued. Exam Pattern for AFCAT Exam 2014:
The Exam Pattern for AFCAT Exam 2014 is very simple & clear. The test will consist of 100 questions & each question shall carry 3 marks. Total marks for all the questions will be 300 marks. Talking about the negative marking, there is one third negative marking in AFCAT Exam 2014. For every wrong answer attempted, 1 mark shall be deducted as penalty. The test will be based on Multiple Choice Based Questions. Total Duration of the AFCAT exam 2014 will be 2 hours.

The AFCAT Exam 2014 will comprise of 100 questions. Those questions shall be divided in four sections ( not necessarily in equal parts) Lets have a closer look at them.
a) General Awareness: Here, questions are likely to be asked from areas like History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics, Civics, Basic Sciences, Defence, Art etc.
