It is a known fact that, SSC-CGL exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). This exam proves to be a great opportunity for Graduate level students. SSC recruits non-gazette & non-technical persons. Candidates belonging to age group of 18-27 can apply for SSC CGL examination. In case of Statistical Investigator Gr II should not be exceeding 26 years of age & that for an Assistant or Sub Inspector in CBI is between 20-27 years.
Basically the exam consists of two tier exams. On clearing these exams the candidate is eligible to appear for Computer Proficiency & Skill test. Each tier exam will consist of 200 marks stipulated to be completed within 2 hours of time slot.Those candidates who have cleared Tier-I are eligible to appear for Tier-II. For every wrong answer, candidates are charged with 0.25 marks. Only those candidates who clear Tier-I & Tier-II are eligible to appear for Tier-III.

How to apply for SSC CGL 2015 Exam?
Candidates are eligible to submit the application in either of the two ways:
- Paper Application: To submit the paper application, one needs to download the form from the official website http://www.ssc.nic.in Candidates can submit the same at one of the addresses as mentioned in the official notification of the site.
- Online Application: Submitting the online application consists of two parts.
- Part I Registration: Over here candidates are required to fill the basic information & preference of posts.
- Part II Registration: The candidates are asked to fill the payment details , along with it upload the photograph & scanned signature.

The application charge for male candidates is Rs.100/- There is no application charge for female candidates and SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Candidates as well as Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation.
