By now we have already discussed about the Eligibility Criteria, Important Dates for AIPVT 2015 and the exam centers for it. Let us move forward & discuss the AIPVT 2015 Exam Pattern.

AIPVT 2015 Exam Pattern

The All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) 2015 shall consist of objective based multiple choice questions. Total 200 questions shall be asked. Mainly questions shall be focused on the subjects such as the Physics, Chemistry, Biology. In order to solve the 200 multiple questions, candidates shall be provided with a total time duration of three hours (180 minutes)

Physics- 60 Questions
Chemistry- 60 Questions
Zoology- 40 Questions
Botany- 40 Questions

Candidates please note that the Question Paper shall be presented only in English Language. It is advisable that candidates go through their 10+2 books really well in order to get a grip over the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany. Candidates please note that every question carries 3 marks (i.e candidates shall be awarded 3 marks for every correct answer).

But, at the same time, there is presence of negative marking. One mark shall be deducted for every wrong answer. As mentioned previously, the total number of seats in Veterinary College/University under 15% quota is approximately 258 in India.

AIPVT 2015 Syllabus

The All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) 2015 syllabus is all about referring back the general syllabus of Class XI & Class XII under the 10+2 scheme/ Pre-Medical/ Intermediate Science or an equivalent exam from the Indian University/ State Board/ CBSE. Candidates please note that there is no other separate syllabus mentioned for the AIPVT examination being prescribed by the Council.
